{"id":749,"date":"2026-01-26T16:14:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T16:14:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/littlelotus.nl\/?page_id=749"},"modified":"2026-01-30T12:11:53","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:11:53","slug":"baked-nian-gao","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/littlelotus.nl\/index.php\/baked-nian-gao\/","title":{"rendered":"baked nian gao"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-2c90304e wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5e74\u7cd5<\/strong><br>Nian Gao is een Chinese zoete cake die vooral tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar wordt gegeten.<br>Het wordt gemaakt van kleefrijstmeel, suiker en water en het wordt oorspronkelijk gestoomd.<br><br>De cake is zacht en chewy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>C<\/b><strong>hinese traditie<\/strong><br>Het eten van deze cake tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar is een traditie die al eeuwenlang wordt voortgezet, omdat het <strong>geluk<\/strong> en <strong>voorspoed<\/strong> zou brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jaar cake<\/strong><br>De naam, die \u2018<em>jaar cake\u2019<\/em> betekent, is een homoniem voor \u2018<em>hoger jaar\u2019<\/em>, wat <strong>groei<\/strong> en <strong>vooruitgang<\/strong> in het komende jaar symboliseert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Baked Nian Gao<\/strong><br>Omdat traditie en vernieuwing samen mogen gaan is de moderne twist van de Nian Gao ontwikkeld.<br>Zelf ben ik dol op deze cake en ik wens iedereen <em>een beetje geluk<\/em>, <strong>elke dag opnieuw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Allergievriendelijk &amp; puur<\/strong><br>Als je (net als ik) zoekt naar vegan, <em>glutenvrij,<\/em> <strong>geraffineerd suikervrij<\/strong> <em>en<\/em> <strong>biologische voeding<\/strong>, weet je hoe <em>lastig<\/em> dat soms is.<br><br>Juist daarom deel ik mijn favoriete cake, zodat <em>ook<\/em> <em>jij <\/em>gezond kan snacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voor jou,<\/strong> <strong><em>met liefde gebakken<\/em><\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5e74\u7cd5Nian Gao is een Chinese zoete cake die vooral tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar wordt gegeten.Het wordt gemaakt van kleefrijstmeel, suiker en water en het wordt oorspronkelijk gestoomd.
